ListReadily, a service operated by a sole proprietor based in Florida, United States is the controller of the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@listreadily.com.

Account information: your email address, plus a password or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.

Photos you upload: the property photos you process and the results we generate.

Billing information: when you subscribe or buy credits, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive limited billing metadata (such as your plan, transaction status, and a customer id) but never your full card number.

Usage data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics about page views and feature use.

Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

To provide and operate the Service (convert and import the photos you provide, classify room or outdoor scene type, render your photos, store your saved stagings, generate listing copy); to process payments and manage your subscription; to respond to support requests; to secure the Service and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and billing), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

To convert supported file formats, import photos from links you provide, classify room or outdoor scene type, enhance, stage, or declutter a photo, or generate listing copy when requested, we send the necessary content to trusted third-party AI providers to generate the result. These providers process your photos to return your result and are instructed not to use them to train their own models. We do not sell your photos or use them to train AI models.

We share data only with vetted service providers who process it on our behalf, for application hosting, database and image storage, account authentication, AI photo processing and listing-copy generation, payment processing, email delivery, and privacy-friendly analytics. And only as needed to operate the Service. Each is bound by contract to protect your information, to use it solely to provide its service to us, and not to use your photos to train AI models.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Photos saved to your signed-in stage area are automatically deleted about four hours after they are created. The guest tools do not store photos, they are processed to create your result and not retained. Billing records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

We share information only with the service providers described above, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and (for EEA/UK residents) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct their information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email hello@listreadily.com.

To delete your account and the data associated with it, email us at hello@listreadily.com and we will process your request. Photos saved to your stage area are also auto-deleted about four hours after they are created.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers process data in the United States and possibly other countries. If you access the Service from the EEA, UK, or another region, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for those transfers.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. Our analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personal information for advertising. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The Service is intended for real-estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
