ListReadily, a service operated by a sole proprietor based in Florida, United States is the controller of the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@listreadily.com.

Account information: your email address, plus a password or a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.

Photos you upload: the property photos you process and the results we generate.

Billing information: when you subscribe or buy credits, our processor Stripe collects your payment details. We receive limited billing metadata (such as your plan, transaction status, and a customer id) but never your full card number.

Usage data: basic, privacy-friendly analytics about page views and feature use.

Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

To provide and operate the Service (render your photos, store your saved stagings, generate listing copy); to process payments and manage your subscription; to respond to support requests; to secure the Service and prevent abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and billing), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

To enhance, stage, or declutter a photo, we send it to our AI providers (OpenAI and Replicate) to generate the result, and to OpenAI to write listing copy when you request it. These providers process your photos only to return the result and do not use them to train their models. We do not sell your photos or use them to train AI models.

We share data with the following providers strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — Account authentication, database, and image storage.
• OpenAI — AI virtual staging and listing-copy generation.
• Replicate — AI photo enhancement and image models.
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend — Transactional and contact-form email delivery.
• Vercel — Application hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Google — Optional sign-in via Google OAuth.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Photos saved to your signed-in stage area are automatically deleted about four hours after they are created. The homepage tool does not store photos for guests — they are processed to create your result and not retained. Billing records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

We share information only with the service providers listed above, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and (for EEA/UK residents) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct their information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email hello@listreadily.com.

To delete your account and the data associated with it, email us at hello@listreadily.com and we will process your request. Photos saved to your stage area are also auto-deleted about four hours after they are created.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers process data in the United States and possibly other countries. If you access the Service from the EEA, UK, or another region, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for those transfers.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or collect personal information for advertising. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The Service is intended for real-estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
