Is virtual staging really free?
Free to start: your first 3 staged photos are free with no credit card. After that, plans start at $15/mo, or you can buy pay-as-you-go credit packs that never expire.
Do I need an account?
You can upload a photo and choose a style without one. A free account (which comes with 3 credits) is needed to generate and download your staged photo, because staging is a real AI render, unlike our always-free photo enhancer.
What staging styles can I use?
7 designer styles: Modern, Scandinavian, Farmhouse, Mid-century, Coastal, Minimal, Luxe.
Is the staged photo MLS-safe?
Yes. Staging keeps the room's real walls, windows, floors, and the view. Only furniture and decor are added. Every staged download is labeled “Virtually Staged” and includes the original photo, so it's ready for MLS disclosure (e.g. California AB 723). Always confirm your local MLS or board's exact wording.
Can I upload iPhone HEIC photos?
Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, and iPhone HEIC/HEIF uploads are all supported, and staged photos download as MLS-friendly JPGs.
How is this different from the free photo enhancer?
