Frequently asked questions
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Yes, in nearly every market, as long as it's disclosed. ListReadily labels every staged image “Virtually Staged” by default and ships disclosure text in each export, so your photos are ready for your MLS and covered for disclosure rules. Always confirm your local MLS or board's specific wording.
Will the AI add features that aren't really there?
No. Enhancement only corrects exposure, white balance, contrast, clarity, and noise. Staging only changes furniture and decor, so walls, windows, doors, floors, built-ins, and the view stay exactly as they are.
Can I remove the 'Virtually Staged' label?
The label and disclosure text are on by default because they keep you and your client covered for disclosure rules. The disclosure travels in the export regardless, so your paper trail is always intact.
Who can see my photos, and do you train AI on them?
Your photos are yours. They're uploaded over an encrypted connection, used only to render your listing, and never sold or used to train models. The homepage tool doesn't store anything for guests, and stagings saved to your account are auto-deleted after 4 hours. See Security & Privacy for details.
What if a render comes out wrong?
Failed renders are never charged — a credit is spent only when a render finishes successfully, so a failed or interrupted one costs you nothing. 1 credit = 1 finished photo (staged or furniture removed); enhancement is free.
Do I need an account to try it?
You'll need a free account to generate images. Signing up takes a few seconds and includes 3 free generations, enough to stage or clear out a few rooms before you decide. 1 credit = 1 staged or furniture-removed photo; enhancement is free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract, and top-up credit packs never expire. Cancel whenever; you keep access through the end of your billing period.
